Many winemakers guard their trade secrets zealously that anytime they smell something fishy about their employees, they will not really hesitate to fire them.

How then can you find somebody who will teach you how to make wine. The best way for you to find someone to help you learn how to make wine is to stay close to home and work in a vineyard that is own by somebody you know.
