You will need to be ready to go into this part of wine 101. Here you will take a small sip of the wine, hold it in your mouth for few minutes to detect the flavors. While the flavors are present in your mouth, you should allow the wine to go into your eargerly waiting throat. Congratulation you can now appreciate the full taste of your glass of wine.
